Chers amiEs et alliéEs -- Il y aura le 17 mars prochain des manifestations
partout à travers le monde pour dénoncer l'occupation de l'Irak et la guerre
qui y est menée par les États-Unis. À la suite du « contingent
anti-impérialiste » dans le rassemblement contre l'intervention du Canada
en  Afghanistan en octobre 2006, nous mobilisons à nouveau en vue d'une
autre manifestation contre la guerre et contre l'occupation dans les rues de
Montréal.

Bloquez l'empire Montréal espère organiser un fort contingent
anti-impérialiste et aura besoin de votre aide.

Plusieurs groupes ont endossé le contingent anti-impérialiste, et nous
espérons que des membres de votre groupe pourront assister à une prochaine
réunion qui visera à discuter de l'organisation et de la mobilisation en
vue  de la manif du 17 mars. Lors de cette réunion, nous prévoyons discuter
des efforts de mobilisations à travers la ville de Montréal, de théâtre de
rue, d'aspects artistiques, de la distribution des affiches et des tracts et
de la planification des autres aspects de la manifestation.

--> La PROCHAINE RÉUNION D'ORGANISATION aura lieu MERCREDI LE 7 MARS à 18h30 au 
GRIP-Concordia (1500 De Maisonneuve Ouest, bureau 204, près du métro 
Guy-Concordia) <--

Le lieu de réunion est accessible en fauteuil roulant, et un service de
garderie est disponible sur demande (514 848-7583).

VEUILLEZ CONFIRMER si vous ou unE membre de votre groupe assistera à cette
réunion de mobilisation. En cumulant les forces de mobilisation de nos
différents groupes, nous pourront organiser un contingent très efficace, qui
pourra ensuite se joindre aux différentes manifestations contre la guerre
prévues pour le 17 mars.

Dear friends and allies -- This coming March 17 there will be worldwide
demonstrations in opposition to the US-led war and occupation of Iraq.
Following up on the "anti-imperialist bloc" during demonstrations against
Canada's role in Afghanistan this past October, we are mobilizing again for
another anti-war, anti-occupation demonstration on the streets of Montreal.

Block the Empire Montreal is hoping to organize another strong
Anti-Imperialist Contingent, with your help.

Dozens of groups have endorsed the anti-imperialist bloc, and we're hoping
members of your group can attend the upcoming special meeting to discuss
organizing and mobilizing for the March 17 demo. At this meeting, we hope to
discuss city-wide outreach efforts, mobilizing, street theatre and art, as
well as distribute posters and flyers and plan other aspects of the
demonstration.

--> The NEXT ORGANIZING MEETING will be WEDNESDAY, MARCH 7 at 6:30pm at
QPIRG-Concordia (1500 de Maisonneuve West, #204, beside Guy-Concordia
