Plus que 10 jours avant que notre contingent anti-impérialiste prenne la rue
à Montréal! ::: SAMEDI le 28 octobre à 12h (pile) au coin de Guy et de
Maisonneuve, parc Norman Bethune, métro Guy-Concordia.

Ce message est un rappel des nombreuses manières que vous pouvez
contribuer à l'organisation et à la mobilisation en vue de la manif :

--- Bloquez l'Empire Montréal tiendra encore deux RÉUNIONS D'ORGANISATION
avant la manif, soit les mercredis 18 et 25 octobre à 18h30, au 1500 de
Maisonneuve Ouest, #204 (tél : 514.848.7583). Venez plus tôt (18hres) pour
être mis.e à jour sur les activités du contingent jusqu'à présent.

--- Il y aura une dernière session de création de BANNIÈRES et d'AFFICHES ce
dimanche, 22 octobre, à partir de 17 heures, au 1315 Ontario Est (métro
Beaudry).

--- Prenez contact avec nous pour nous faire part de toutes vos autres IDÉES
ARTISTIQUES et CRÉATIVES et pour coordonner le tout. Déjà, certains
organisent du théâtre et une fanfare pour la marche, mais nous espérons
qu'il y aura bien d'autres surprises !

--- Nous recueillons encore les noms de groupes militants ou autres qui
souhaitent APPUYER le contingent anti-impérialiste. Si votre groupe veut
endosser nos efforts, écrivez-nous à bloquezlempiremontreal at resist.ca.

--- Plus encore, nous avons besoin de votre aide afin de MOBILISER un
maximum de gens pour la manif. Veuillez SVP diffuser notre appel sur vos
listes d'envoi par courriel ou par téléphone, passez le mot en distributant
notre affiche, le tract ou simplement par le bouche-à-oreille. Vous pouvez
aussi former votre propre bloc ou contingent à l'intérieur du nôtre.

--- Il y aura d'autres séances d'AFFICHAGE en soirée jusqu'au 28 octobre.
Veuillez nous contacter pour plus d'info ou pour vous joindre à nous. Pour
prendre des affiches ou des tracts, présentez-vous au 1500 de Maisonneuve
Ouest, #204.

--- Nous allons faire des distributions intenses de TRACTS aux principales
stations de métro quelques jours avant la manifestation. Si vous pouvez nous
donner un coup de main, veuillez nous contacter.

--- Veuillez aussi SVP nous informer de tout ÉVÉNEMENT ou réunions
auxquelles nous pouvons assister pour faire connaître notre contingent d'ici
au 28 octobre.

--- Ce contingent anti-impérialiste de Bloquez l'Empire n'est qu'un moyen,
pas une fin. Si vous voulez contribuer à Bloquer l'empire, en participant à
nos prochaines actions, à nos efforts de mobilisation ou à nos initiatives
d'éducation populaire, nous attendons de vos nouvelles !

There are 10 days left before we take to the streets of Montreal with
our anti-imperialist contingent! ::: SATURDAY, October 28 at NOON
(sharp), meeting at the corner of Guy and de Maisonneuve, parc Norman
Bethune, near metro Guy Concordia).

This e-mail outlines ways you can help us out in organizing and mobilizing:

--> Block the Empire Montreal will have two more ORGANIZING MEETINGS
before the demo: Wednesdays at 6:30pm this October 18 and next October
25. Both meetings will be at 1500 de Maisonneuve West, #204 (tel:
514-848-7583). Come early (6pm) to get plugged into organizing efforts
for the contingent.

--> We will be having one more BANNER, PLACARD and art creation
session this Sunday, October 22 from 5pm onwards at 1315 Ontario East
(metro Beaudry).

--> If you want to share your other ARTISTIC IDEAS, do get in touch,
so we can coordinate. There is already theatre and a marching band
planned for the demo, and probably lots of other surprises.

--> We are still seeking group ENDORSEMENTS for our anti-imperialist
contingent. If your group supports our effort, please let us know via
bloquezlempiremontreal at resist.ca

--> More importantly, we need you and your group to help MOBILIZE.
Please send our demo announcement to your main e-mail lists; activate
your phone lists; spread the word with our poster, flyer or just word
of mouth. Form your own bloc within our contingent.

--> We will have more POSTERING nights before October 28. Get in touch
for more info, or come by 1500 de Maisonneuve West, #204, to pick up
some posters or flyers.

--> We are intending to FLYER intensively at metros in the days before
the demo. If you can help, get in touch!

--> Let us know about EVENTS or meetings where we can promote the
October 28 anti-imperialist contingent.

This Block the Empire anti-imperialist contingent is just a beginning,
