Participez à cette conférence publique de Jamal Juma'a, représentant de la
Campagne contre le mur d'Apartheid , basée en Cisjordanie, dans les
d'entendre un compte rendu détaillé de l'apartheid israélien au quotidien et
du
mouvement croissant qui s'y oppose.

A la lumière des bombardements israéliens de 2006 contre le Liban et de la
violente occupation qui se poursuit en Cisjordanie et dans la bande de Gaza,
une conférence internationale aura lieu à Toronto entre le 6 et le 8 octobre
2006, dans le but de soutenir une campagne de boycott, de désinvestissement
et de sanctions (BDS) comme point de convergence des efforts de solidarité
internationaux pour mettre fin à l'apartheid israëlien
(http://www.caiaweb.org).

* A propos de Jamal Juma'a:

Juma'a est né et a vit à Jérusalem, il est le coordinateur de la campagne
locale palestinienne contre l'apartheid du mur. Il est le membre fondateur
de plusieurs associations, dont Le Comité de Secours Agricole Palestinien
(Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committee PARC]) et l'Association
Palestinienne pour l'échange culturel (Palestinian Association for Cultural
Exchange PACE)
où il continue à travailler. Il a écrit plusieurs analyses largement
publiées
et traduites concernant le mur et la lutte palestinienne. Il représente
régulièrement la campagne contre le mur (http://stopthewall.org).

Participate in a public lecture by Jamal Juma'a, a representative of the
Stop the Wall Campaign based in the occupied West Bank. This event is an
opportunity to hear a detailed & compelling account of present-day Israeli
apartheid &
the growing global movement against it.

In light of the Israel's recent bombardment of Lebanon & its ongoing brutal
occupation of the West Bank & Gaza Strip, an international conference is
taking place in Toronto, from October 6th to 8th, in order to launch a
comprehensive Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) strategy as the
center-piece of
international solidarity efforts to end Israeli apartheid (visit:

* Information on Jamal Juma'a:

Juma'a was born and lives in Jerusalem and is the coordinator of the
Palestinian grassroots anti-Apartheid Wall Campaign. He is a founding member
of several support organizations, including the Palestinian Agricultural
Relief
Committees (PARC) and the Palestinian Association for Cultural Exchange
(PACE), on whose boards he continues to serve. He has written several
widely-published and translated analysis pieces on the Wall and the struggle
for Palestine.
He regularly represents the Stop the Wall Campaign (http://stopthewall.org).
