Depuis le 27 octobre, des milliers d'effectifs de la police militaire 
(PFP) et de l'armée mexicaine continuent d'occuper et terroriser Oaxaca, 
voulant taire ainsi la volonté du peuple organisé à travers l'Assemblée 
Populaire des Peuples d'Oaxaca (APPO) regroupant 400 organisations 
populaires. Ce n'est pas par le meurtre, le viol, la torture, 
l'enlèvement, la répression policière ainsi que la propagande mensongère 
des médias commerciaux que le gouvernement pourra résoudre les exigences 
du peuple d'Oaxaca.

Nous exigeons:
La sortie immédiate de la PFP d'Oaxaca ;
La démission immédiate du Gouverneur d'Oaxaca, Ulises Ruiz ;
La libération des prisonnier-ères politiques et la présentation en vie
des disparu(e)s ;
Le châtiment des responsables des assassinats et de la répression ;
Le respect à la volonté du peuple d'Oaxaca, qui se base, entre autres,
sur la Convention 169 de l'OIT relative aux peuples indigènes et
tribaux.

Vive la APPO. Vive Ricardo Flores Magon, Emiliano Zapata et les milliers 
d'héros anonymes de cette longue lutte.

Since October 27, thousands of federal police and the Mexican army
continue to occupy and terrorize Oaxaca, aiming to shut down a
people's uprising organized within the Popular Assembly of the Peoples
of Oaxaca (APPO), which brings together 400 grassroots groups. It is
not by murder, rape, torture, kidnapping, police repression as well as
propaganda lies of the mass media that the government will be able to
meet the demands of the people of Oaxaca.

We demand:
The immediate withdrawal of the federal police from Oaxaca;
The immediate resignation of the Governor of Oaxaca, Ulises Ruiz;
The immediate release of all political prisoners, and the
re-appearance of all the disappeared;
The punishment of those responsible for the killings and the repression;
The respect of the will of the people of Oaxaca, which is based, among
other things, on Convention 169 of the International Labour
Organization (ILO) relating to indigenous and tribal peoples.

Vive la APPO. Vive Ricardo Flores Magon, Emiliano Zapata and the
thousands of anonymous heros of this long struggle.
