Hi! 

Sorry to miss another meeting, hope it goes well! I just made the last of the bank deposits.

We currently have $563.95 in the bank and unless that covenant market event that's in the calendar happens (is it?) nothing in the cash box.

So we've got just under $700 we need to make to pay July rent. This speaks nothing about our hydro bills which we can probably count on being approx $100.
