[Blacklabcollective] update on gate from landlord/rent/graffiti

This makes sense. When I was at the Sheer Mag show at the Rickshaw last
week I remember looking over and thinking "wow, the graffiti has gotten
really bad again." Michael seems sympathetic to how annoying it is to clean
that shit so maybe we have a bit of time and flexibility? October seems
kind of busy with the anniversary weekend and halloween. What about another
graffiti removal work party in November? I'm back on the 10th and can do
any weekend after that.
