[Blacklabcollective] update on gate from landlord/rent/graffiti

Hey this is the most recent email we've received from the landlord. I've
already discussed the rent stuff with Tara (fellow finance committee guy)
Maybe we can add graffitti removal/cover up to the next work party next
week?

Hi Lindsay,

Please collect the rent for October and put it with September’s rent so
that we have enough for the cost of the chain-link fence at the rear of the
property. I should have more news about how that is progressing this coming
week. I know it’s been dragging on for a while.

Also, I received another notice about graffiti on the front of the
building. Could you take care of that ? I know it’s a real nuisance !!! I
have shared my frustrations about that recurring problem by email with the
Property Use Inspector at the City of Vancouver.

P.S. I am sending a copy of this email to Bree and Claudia so that they
know what is going on with regard to the rent.
