I think at the meeting we should remind external bottom-liners  that they have to submit their numbers at least to the FB thread, if not directly to a collective member, at the end of their shows.

Idk how much back logging of numbers we should do. There aren't financial spreadsheets for anything but the current month.


As for May, we had 2 shows drop, so Idk how to really fill the gap besides taking from June show profits.

Heeeeey,

Just paid our Hydro bills ($120) and went to update the financial spread sheet and it is waaaaaay behind. I am obviously guilty there, too, but just a reminder to try to stay on it. I updated April, but couldn't find any info from the shows that took place Apr 14 (Katayoon) or Apr 22 (Marisa). Does anyone have info for either of these shows? Maybe we can somehow

Also I made a sheet for May so it's all lined up and easy to punch in the info. But is it true that we only have the 3 gigs booked for May? June is action packed but May is looking pretty bleak from where I'm standing.... Am I missing something or should we see about hustling an extra show or two?

Alternatively, we have two gigs the first weekend of June, which we could just include in our May finances? Idk.
