Its cool to update [on the fb group chat] but I think it's important to
keep in mind (and I mean this for everyone)  that this group chat thing
winds up being a string of unfiltered messages that not everyone can keep
up with. When possible I think it's helpful to use, or at least also use,
listserve emails about shows or issues related to space maintenance,
because those are organized in separate threads so info is kind of
categorized. Also we've kind of abandoned the financial spreadsheet over
the last 6 months but I think we need to start utilizing it again, and if
you're bottomlining a show please send either an email or a fb message
after the show stating what was spent on booze (or other costs) and what
was made on door and on bar for the night.  Our book keeping has gotten
pretty sloppy this winter and I think it would be really helpful to get
back on track with that. I'm gonna cross post this message in an email to
make sure everyone gets it, but these are just my thoughts. Also I gave
lindsay 300$ from the lab account today to reimburse her for the stickers
and for shirts she is about to order on her credit card. We opted to pay
more for non-sweatshop shirts, I hope everyone is cool with that. And the
tshirt screen looks amazing btw! Excited to print black lab shirts!
