I think Quinn you did a great job handling this and I wouldn't have done it
any different. I also read the responses in the facebook and thought Megan
handled it super well and they were def just being brattish back to you
when you were being super diplomatic. No one wants violence in the venue
but I think a punch on the arm with " have a nice night buddy" wasn't a
full on attack and if the other person agreed to stay clear of them and not
do it again I think that's the best we can do. If they said they wouldn't
leave how could we expect our bottom liners to grab the person and throw
them out. That's ok if you have back up etc but Quinn shouldn't have to be
put into that situation. I don't care also if they go public or try shaming
us, We did everything in the right way. If we wouldve physically thrown
them out we'd get in trouble for assault.
