So the show started off pretty chaotically, jill slept in and the bands & the promoter & Cheryl (who was training on bottomlining tonight) ended up locked outside waiting for Jill for quite a while which was stressful cuz I was busy at work and meanwhile also fielding messages from all these people trying to figure out where jill was. But she finally showed up and let everyone in, and Cheryl ran to the beer store, and everything was smooth from there. Having said that I don't think I'll cobottom line with jill on a Friday again, if I'm stuck at work til 8pm I need to be able to rely on whoever is starting out the night to have shit covered so I can responsibly focus on my already stressful job until I can get there. Also it was a super unprofessional welcome to Cheryl as a new bottomliner. Really I just should avoid having any bottomliner responsibilities on work nights I think. Hindsight 20/20 whatever end rant. 

Mellow crowd, they raised a bunch of money for the OPS, we did okay. Cheryl was great, and I'm very confident in her problem solving skills and special awareness and mellow attitude and being a great bottomliner, and a mellow show like that was probably a perfect training ground. I think she's ready to bottomline her own shows for sure.

Someone's bag got stolen but their friend was able to find the person who stole it and buy it back, I suggest a giant sign saying "don't leave your shit lying around" but we've talked about that before.

Also there was a ton of garbage and cardboard left in the space, no way it was from only one show, let's make sure we're taking that out at the end of nights?
