It was a good show, bands ran smoothly and it ended at 11pm. 

However, there was an issue that has been brought to light in the Black Lab Facebook messages. Someone is claiming that I didn't handle a situation the way they wanted, and they are looking for someone to clarify Black Lab policy for them since they feel they were mistreated. I did my best, and feel like it was a hard situation to navigate. 

This person (Lou) says their ex walked by them and punched them, so they wanted that person (Tracy) to be asked to leave. I immediately talked to Tracy, who told me that Lou was her abusive ex and they were lying about any physical altercation. She said she wasn't going to leave, even if I thought she should, because she knew it wasn't fair. So I let Lou know there wasn't much else I could do, and mostly just tried to hear them out. Lou let me know they appreciated me talking to them, but they weren't satisfied with my response and think I should have made Tracy leave due to alleged physical violence. 

I am not the police or a judge or whoever in this world seems to think they're qualified in being in the middle of these situations. It was really stressful to keep the show going on time while also dealing with this. I hope we can make this clear for people to avoid situations like this in the future.
