[Blacklabcollective] Updates and Stuff?

Electrical is fixed and running normally again. Luckily, and as I suspected, it was a quick fix, and someone had tampered with the meters out back. Paid the electrician with a six pack of cider.

When I was leaving I ran into the property manager for the buildings next door and got his contact to forward to our landlord and to send those fence quotes.
