[Blacklabcollective] we're in violation of another stupid bylaw

The city left us a notice on the front door that basically states that we
have to clean up all the garbage and shit in the back parking lot or else
the city will hire a contractor and charge it to the building owner, which
may be a problem if its part our our responsibility as renters.  We have
till Feb 17th. Just like with the graffiti its frustrating because it's
outside of our control and pretty much impossible to maintain, but what can
ya do I guess. We have until Feb 17th. I'm attaching a picture of the
notice to this email.
