We didn't expect the show to be as packed as it was so we didn't buy enough
beer and sold out during the last band.
Anyways, it was a great show. We made over 500$ at door so made over the
250 door deal.
Totals were: $$ spent on bar = 90 (but also we had a lot of booze left over
from previous shows).
Total from door = 575. We kept $250 and were able to pay out to bands $ 325
bar made $500

Also, Cheryl counted the door and bar floats and it turned out the bar had
an outrageously huge float, so I think we ended up pulling like a $130 from
the bar float

So we made roughly 910$ minus 90$ spent on bar.

the show was super packed but as far as I know everything went off without
a hitch. A couple of volunteers bailed on Cheryl at the last minute so we
were operating with a skeleton crew, and Cheryl ended up learning/doing
sound on the spot. I have to say the new PA set up sounds amazing, better
than before. So stoked on that.
Also really stoked on how well Cheryl dealt with the short number of
volunteers and the sheer volume of the show, and also kept things on time
as best as possible. I think the show ended at 11:05. Cheryl was really
grounded and kept things together, and got friends who weren't even
volunteering to help clean up afterwards.
It was a great show, I had a lot of fun, and it was definitely a money
maker for us.
