i'll holler at tyler and see if he can come look at it on saturday. that's
kinda fucked that it was left to get that bad even. is there much cash in
the space? i am gonna dig through my emails and figure out what i owe for
hydro but i'd like to collect that and pay it off now that we are ahead.
