Forgot to do a report back and I won't be at the meeting so here it is:

- things ran fairly smoothly
- we hit our goals
- most annoying thing was chad being too loaded to work bar. Someone said
he is the best bar volunteer I think he's the worst. I think Tessa is our
best and he annoyed the fuck out of her. When I told him he was done and to
have fun he kept insisting until I finally said - you're drunk and annoying
and he said tru and left me alone. He was no longer allowed behind the bar
- second annoying thing was the traffic coming behind the bar. That was
frustrating.
- sound guy wasn't good. Daryl recruited him. He had feedback the whole
time and because I'm on a "serenity now" kick I didn't intervene other than
asking him to fix it.
-Mick was amazing and the most helpful
-bands ended at 11:07

COMMENTS ABOUT MY COLLECTIVE EXPERIENCE AS I STEP OUT:
For future and long-term feedback to the whole collective --- the hardest
parts are these things:

1. when collective members come in and make decisions or change things when
you're trying to be clear and decisive, it can feel micro-managey and too
many chefs

2. it can also be hard to tell collective members no when they are taking
more beers than agreed or keep pushing boundaries. So maybe don't give the
bottomliner a hard time.

3. It's also probably a good idea to consider not just finances when making
decisions but also seeing energy and time and emotional investment as
resources as well... ie is it ACTUALLY saving money in the long run to have
someone run around if in the end they burn out and don't wanna do shows and
therefore we don't bring in as much money?

4. Finally, I love this collective you're all so smart and amazing and I'm
lucky to have worked with you!!!
