Wouldn't they need keys to get in? Should we just not respond again?

If we do let them in, should we say we're a meeting space and put away all thee show stuff?

If we don't respond our chances of them going in without us knowing might happen and if we talk to them well be more prepared but mightn't get out of an inspection. I'm not sure, what do ye think
