[Blacklabcollective] Stepping Down

Hey everyone,

I have to step down from the black lab in September or October. I have a
few reasons for it, but first I want you all to know that I really believe
in the space and I think it's important. I know how hard all of you work to
keep it going and you're all amazing friends and inspiring people! I've
learned so much from each of you.

My main reason for stepping down is that I'm feeling disconnected from the
project. I want to focus on different things and also want to do my
volunteering outside of punk. I have to drop a few things to do this.

There are a few other reasons too, but I won't get into them here. I'm
happy to talk to you about it if you're wondering.

Thanks for understanding, I'm guessing I'll be around typing up loose ends
for a month or even longer. I'll make sure I finish everything I said I
would before completely step down and take myself off the email list.

Thanks for being awesome I love you all lots!! I am down to help find
a replacement!
