[Blacklabcollective] Membership System Proposal

I remember talking at a meeting last year as membership also being a way to
potentially get around the illegality of selling booze cause its a members
only thing, not an open to the public thing, but in that case we'd want
most everyone who comes to shows to be a member. I don't know much about
the non-profit stuff, I always just deferred to whatever Anju said, but
this has been tabled for so long that I don't remember the initial
discussion. I'm not really committed to anything and I'm fine with what
everyone else decides, but if we are doing membership for
logistical/practical reasons then I think its probably going to be more
effective to keep membership costs low so everyone joins. But also maybe
the whole project is more of a pain in the ass than its worth, unless
you're keen on doing it because of its fundraising potential?
