[Blacklabcollective] Membership System Proposal

As far as I know to be a legitimate non-profit we need a membership system? Are we just abandoning this idea.
The money thing is fundraising related. We could make like a basic membership $2 or something?

Personally, I think our AGM should only be either (1) open to only the collective; or (2) open to the public in general; or (3) open to members if say membership cost like 10$. But paying 50$ or 100$ and getting a vote at the AGM out of it seems weird to me, like you can buy a vote if you have a lot of money. Anyways, that's just my two cents.

-All other perks of basic membership
