[Blacklabcollective] bar float

The bar float had zero change it in so I went to the bank to buy a roll of
quarters, loonies, and toonies. I left a couple fives in the float but took
the bigger bills (which amount to 40$).
So I ended up depositing 40$ from the float into the bank account, and then
buying 85$ in rolls of change with money from the account.

This won't affect totals for bar or door, but I just wanted to make a note
of it. I added it asa cost of  "45$" in "other expenses" for the show on
the spreadsheet. But hopefully it means we'll have a decent amount of
change in the float for the next few shows.
