that was kind of my thought too, i also don't want every promoter ever that
does shows to potentially start emailing or texting me that seems
stressful. k. we can talk about it at the meeting but maybe once the show
is confirmed we can just have a policy that we will forward bottomliner
contact info to the promoter with that document or something so it's all in
one place. like it could be something like,
This show has been approved! ________ is the bottomliner who is taking on
the show, you can reach them by email at ____ or phone/text by _____ and on
facebook as ______. Here is a copy of our venue policy, please read over it
and contact your bottomliner if you have any questions. Thanks. (and then
attach the policy).

anywyas. just brainstorming. we can figure out details at the meeting but i
think this should make things more streamlined hopefully
