To the fire inspector:

I am writing in response to a letter that was posted at 253 E. Hastings on
April 20, 2016 requesting that a fire inspection be done at the space. My
apologies for not responding sooner-- the space is not very frequently used
and the notice wasn't received until yesterday. Hopefully this response is
fast enough that we won't be fined for responding slowly-- my understanding
is that we have fourteen days, today being the fourteenth day since the
date of the notice.

Again, as the space is used quite infrequently we have limited
availability, but I can make a special effort to get to the space and let
you in to inspect it. What is your availability like? Are you mostly
available on a weekday, 9-5 sort of basis? Please let me know when you'd
like to come by and I will do my best to work within that.
