in case i end up being late, here are my comments for the first few items:

check-in/approval of keyholder - I approve and trust everyone's judgment

financial statement - if you have questions about the envelope i put ask
anju on, let me know. I'm a little concerned about there being no shows in
May/June/July/August booked yet. I'm sure they will come but summer was not
easy to get through last year either.

PA - i suggest we keep renting until we get through the summer. i think we
can fundraise for a PA throughout the summer and definitely as a main point
for a 2 year birthday party in september. this saves us on interest and
will greatly lower monthly payments. the rental is $105 a month right now
including tax and insurance, which isn't much and i think we can do this
for 4 more months.

show proposals: is there maybe a reason why we are not attracting more
proposals?
May 6th proposal: pre-noise fest show, bands TBA, i'm just securing the
date.

i should arrive by this the time we get to proposals anyway.
