Re: PA - I'm thinking we should rent something as we had planned and then
do a lease to own purchase as discussed, I can get something this week,
when is our next show? I can get something right away. I want to rent first
and make sure we are happy with the model we try and then purchase it. If
we can try something from now until the meeting we can then decide whether
we will purchase something that size. I'll bring a breakdown of numbers to
the meeting.

Re: theft - I believe there has been other theft recently. Remind
volunteers that we don't stash other people's stuff and make sure that when
we say we don't stash their stuff, we explain the high theft rate and tell
them to be careful.

The style of theft is sort of a pattern though... Beer/cider and a
purse/wallet or backpack. It seems like someone is pretty casually grabbing
these things and leaving with them.
