Yes and to echo what I said earlier as well, I am only able to represent
what she has said and her requests and needs around it, I have not spoken
to him at all. I also have looked into other situations where people have
expressed concern.

I think that it would be a good idea for someone else to talk to him,
because I don't think I should be supporting both of them. And yes Lindsay
I really feel for you being stuck in an awkward position, as such it might
be easier for you to have someone else speak to him instead of having to
represent him. It might take that level of responsibility off your
shoulders.

Process wise, are we sort of following process and protocol here? We get a
complaint, we talk to the collective, we discuss and then we respond?
