[Blacklabcollective] Spreadsheet and Finances

Hello,

The Spreadsheet has been updated.

It seems like people aren't using the STARTING BALANCE column.

That column is meant to have the amount of money we start with at the
beginning of the month input into it.

Also, if you're OWED money, put it under costs. Even if you are paid back
and take it, keep it under costs, it explains where money went.
