First of all, all I have to say about this show is that it fucking ruled!!!
It was so much fun, the bands were killer, it was the fullest I've seen the
black lab in a long time, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Set times ran 15
minutes late but all things considered that's great. Music ended before
11:15pm.

We did really well for money! Door was 200 and bar was 330, numbers have
been enetered in the May spreadsheet. We definitely made more than we've
been making lately, and are pretty close to hitting rent, which is great.
That being said, it still seems like we're barely cutting our losses at
bar. We had an empty fridge and Lindsay and I did a huge beer run for 320$.
We grossed 330$ at bar tonight, but after everything was squared away (I
think lindsay might have grabbed a 6 pack but maybe not, and we had about
20$ in the tip jar for beers sold after i started doing count at the end of
the night) we are left with 7 beers and 18 ciders. So after paying out
bands and volunteers and taking into account the alcohol we have left we
made peanuts on bar. I do agree that we should give bands free beers as a
token of appreciation, but for whatever reason we are really making no
money at bar, whatsoever. I have nothing insightful to say except that it
seems like we are just barely making money off of our biggest source of
revenue, and unless we figure out some kind of revenue alternative we're
gonna keep hitting the red zone. This show was well attended and we made a
bunch of money but we really didn't make much off bar at all. Any ideas??
That said, super fun show, and one of the biggest shows we've seen in
awhile. I had a blast and it reminded me why i give a shit about being
involved in punk venues in the first place. Thanks everyone who was
involved, you all rule and I can't imagine working on shit like this
without you. <3 <3 Oh yeah P.S. I jumped last min  on co-bottomlining this
show tmrw with eris  at the meeting cause Lindsay  is gonna be out of town
but I don't get off of work until 6pm tomorrow so I don't have a lot of
time to set shit up. . I've secured a bunch of volunteers  but someone
needs to do a beer run and I don;t have the time to do it before the show.
I'm really sorry, but so it goes!
