[Blacklabcollective] Banning and burn out

Hey everyone

I'm not a caregiving type (hence, I'm a technician and don't answer my
phone) so I'm burning the fuck out on taking care of Graham (it has been 1
of 7 weeks). I am dropping everything on my plate that isn't my own
art/music/volunteer work with other poc until September because I can't
keep up.

I'm bottomlining tonight, Tara is bottomlining the iskra show in July I'm
promoting, and then that should be it for my black lab stuff. I won't be
going out much in the next while either.

I'm also unable to take on more sensitive stuff like banning, there is
someone who doesn't want to be named who says that Foat should be banned
from black lab and doesn't want him at the next shows. My answer wasn't
good, I just said, ok ban him, and they said how can I enforce it and I
said why do we have to enforce it, and then I was like oh, damn I'm so
burnt out I don't care and they were like ok, but then take it to the
collective and I agreed. They don't feel comfortable talking to anyone and
just said they wanted the collective to know that a group of people don't
want him at shows. Anonymity is important to them.

I also received a complaint about a girl playing the iskra show, but again
I was like i can't take it on so if anyone wants to navigate that for me,
id appreciate it.

Going to a cabin on Friday, really need that right now.
