That sounds horrible. I am sorry that you put so much effort into something
that didn't seem worth it... meanwhile on top of that you got something
valuable stolen. Do we have any kind of policy on that?
In terms of money loss I think its been a trend in the past few months of
actually losing money on shows that have very minimal door draw and thus
minimal bar revenue where we come close to making loss or barely hitting
even because of having no attendees and giving drinks to bands.. No idea if
there's a way to preemptively know how poorly attended shows are gonna be
(what the fuck do i know about punk, nothing?) but maybe we should sign up
on less shows propsed by Cheyenne or others unless we're actually stoked on
the bands? But then on the other hand we sign up on shows just to help out
and try to make money. Maybe we can't know in advance. In any case I'm
really sorry you had a shitty experience. You already did so much work that
it sucks you would have to face a personal loss on top of it! I'm gonna
find you a new nice back pack, did you lose anything valuable in it?
