[Blacklabcollective] Locking Border Form

hello,

I'm going to lock the border form on the black lab drive. I had posted and
told everyone to use that as a template, and to copy and paste, but it
looks like zack typed directly into the google sheet. having people's very
personal information there isn't safe, and also, the template being typed
onto makes us lose the template so it's sort of a pain.

if people need a border form, copy and paste the template. I'm going to
lock it from editing and take out the personal information and re-make the
template.
