Also as per our last meeting with discussing empowering committees to make
decisions, can we move forward with allowing the maintenance committee to
decide what repairs are priority and the finance folks to yay or nay it?
This will reduce emails but also streamline decision making, and keep
meetings shorter, I don't think it makes sense for the non-finance people
to make this call, we don't have an understanding of the finances and nor
an idea of how quickly our finances recover..
