[Blacklabcollective] Sink

Would you try talking to her? See if she realistically thinks she can get to it anytime soon? I kinda think it is medium urgent bc our sink has been out of commission for months, making that bathroom pretty well unusable, and we're about to get busier with shows and events again. While Isa has said she's down to do it, it's been months of her bailing at the last minute. I honestly don't think this is the kind of thing we can bill the landlord for, since it's a business lease rather than residential, but I'm not any sort of expert on these things and we could probably find out relatively easily. May as well let Michael know about structural problems, anyways though I guess. I would be down to pay Isa $150 as well honestly if it meant finally getting it done, but I think she may just be too busy either way.

I don't really really care how it gets done to be honest but I'd really like to see it finally get done, and it's certainly beyond any of our abilities. If we just hired Woody it could be done tomorrow.
