Okay word thanks! I appreciate all of that, was just looking for some clarification. I wonder if the landlord could be convinced to give us a lease? It might help us get more secure standing in the space, but that's probably a whole other conversation.

Also, anju, thanks for clearing that stuff with Cordell. Esp since you were there for that conversation it's for the best that you carried the info forward to him.

I realized that I think this is the first black lab meeting I've ever missed. So that's probably a good healthy boundaries thing too haha. Had a great relaxing holiday with my mom and got to check out some sweet LA punk at the end. Hit the reset button in a major way and am broke but feeling a lot more bright eyed and bushy tailed about getting back to the routine.
