[Blacklabcollective] black lab february meeting minutes

Lindsay yea echoing what Anju said, we decided the shows are gona be way
too big and heaty and full of drunk ppl esp w all the heavy promotion
Cordell has been doing. So we thought it's better to use the space more as
a low key spot for non show, but fest related events.
As far as the name switching, that was an idea I put forth about getting
some of the $ pressure off u. I was reading about nonprofits and basically
there are ways to have things in the nonprofit's name so that any fuckups
fall on the collective as a whole rather than any one person... I didn't
fully realize that we didn't have a lease (I should known haha) but it was
just an idea and something to consider/figure out/discuss further when yer
back.
As for the mural we didn't really discuss it at this meeting, I think
that's just left over from the last meeting. Not everyone attended so we
held off on a lot of decision making.
Hey Lindsay, I talked to Cordell already! He seemed stoked at the punk flea
market idea as well as legs' meet up spot on day one idea.
