ZONING:

Just got off the phone with zoning.. not great news...

   - 515 West 10th Avenue, Under Vancity Bank
   - Speak with Inquiry Centre Officer, open at 8:30, lineup at 8am
   - Get it rezoned, it is currently zoned at retail store. We would have
to show that our MAIN activity is a STORE and selling stuff. This would
usually mean full-time business hours etc..
   - They are requiring us to go through inspections to get zoning approved
   - Conditions to be considered: building, parking, safety, and function
   of
   - There will be building permits and checks.
