[Blacklabcollective] Budget sheet

I'm having a bit of a brain fart -- is Jerry the short fellow, older with
long grey hair? If so I'm a bit surprised cause I feel like he's usually
been pretty easy to work with, and has been pretty decent about waiting til
the end of the night to get the cans and even helping out with a bit of
sweeping/other cleaning from time to time. But maybe I'm thinking of a
different guy-- I can't recall what his name was cause I haven't
bottomlined any gigs in a minute.
Anyways, I do agree that it should be a consistent person if possible, that
way we have an easy out if anyone comes by and gets weird about it, we can
just say, nope, we got a can person already. I think if we can be
consistent about boundaries as stated above and just have the arrangement
be that the person has to wait til the end of the show when people are
starting to clear out before they start collecting empties, and ideally
that they bring us new bags to replace the old ones (these can be acquired
for free at insite and other places in the hood easily) -- then we have a
deal. And also I guess that if they don't show up on time, the cans get
curbed and the deal is off for the night. That's my proposal as far as the
agreement, again, I don't know if I'm thinking of the same guy as you all
have had issues with recently or if it's a new person, but I'd say if the
person can't agree to those terms, we can let them know that we're going to
find someone else who is down to collect the cans on our terms. But I'd
expect most people would probably be ok with those terms, as it's pretty
straightforward and not exactly demanding on our part.
