[Blacklabcollective] Dungeons and dragons/game night priposal

 I really like this idea, I think it encourages more use of the space with
limited commitment from us. And it will bring in a few bucks from donations
and drinks. It's a private event.

Blair is responsible and a reliable volunteer, I would treat this like a
Saturday meetings sort of event and would highly recommend we give him keys
after a trial period so he can run it on his own. Eris was down with doing
film nights on Thursdays.

D&D doesn't run late and is not loud and disruptive. They usually
don't play with music and stuff, there is no food just tables and chairs.

Here's the proposal:

Proposal for the black lab :

- using the space for Wednesday night games of dungeons and dragons and
other rpgs when there is no scheduled event

- at least initially, this would be private events

- revenue for the space would be generated by selling drinks from the bar
area, I would be able to handle this myself w/o needing any volunteer help

- all we would need is someone with keys to unlock and lock up.

- we would clean up the space afterwards

- would bring down additional soft drinks to sell and generate revenue for
the space

- would also solicit attendees for donations to the space

- I'm aware of other people involved in similar events, may be able to
expand at some point
