[Blacklabcollective] update one year weekend

so, the online fundraiser is a total fail.. noone has donated. while it's a
bummer, im glad i tried at least!!

i updated the flea market page by adding an event photo. i'm working on a
nice donation jar we can use for the whole weekend, and i have all
volunteers minus cleanup volunteers worked out for saturday. for friday im
hoping that everyone pitches in and helps out.

i've got friday and saturday night pretty much covered, i think tara could
use some help for sunday potentially, it's a pretty big task. also, i
ceasar's were a hit at the last flea market, maybe we should do those again?

any word on shirts?
