What are the implications of the city knowing we are a venue due to the liquor license?

hello,
big joy festival wants to rent black lab for a night on dec 2/3. they would buy/run their own bar, with a legal liquor license, and would staff their own volunteers, sound etc.. we would just need a bottomliner and cleanup.
they are offering $250.
it's an experimental festival, so mellow crowd. 
i think it would be a pretty easy night and chunk of cash, anyone down to take it on?
