[Blacklabcollective] Training Bryan, tasks for bottomliner group

hello

I trained Bryan last night it went well, Bryan and mick will have keys this
weekend.

A couple things that need to be dealt with for this to work, I can take
this on after the one year party is over, or someone else can take it on:

1. Envelopes and "safe" with deposit slot and forms for totals
(This would be a way to take total cash earned, receipts and documentation
and put them in one envelope to be deposited at the End of each night)

2. Bottomliner email list - I suggest all collective members and
Bottomliners be on this list, and we discuss shows and totals and proposals
there, keep our list for non show or more personal/sensitive discussion:
this ensures Bottomliners are "in the know", (thoughts? This came up last
night, how can they effectively communicate with us regularly?)

3. Access to google financial spreadsheet - so Bottomliners can add their
neighbours and also know if they need to get toilet paper or beer

4. Printing out checklist and policies and hanging them (I wil do this as
per the meeting action item)
