Hey everyone,

The show last night was fun, the Younger Lovers are amazing. Pretty slim
turnout though. I made an executive decision to pay the touring band a bit
more then 50% so they got $100 (other bands played for free).

Door: $75
Bar: $200

It's pretty shitty but I actually spent quite a bit on this show by getting
food for bands and getting beer and supplies for the space (see the
spreadsheet). Even after the $275 I am still out some cash (I paid out of
pocket), but at least there is 63 beer and 12 ciders in the fridge. If
those are sold at our bar prices that's in the neighborhood of $280. So
even though it looks like the show lost money, it just did badly. :(

I have a couple of receipts, I will get those to the money people soon (is
this just Lindsay now?)

School nights can be a hard sell for some shows I guess! I kinda forgot
because of booking shows all summer.

Also, I just found out I have to work later into the evening tomorrow so I
won't be able to come to the meeting. However, my role in the collective is
very small at this point. I will still help out with shows as needed since
I am around for a couple more weeks. I have been getting some requests to
book shows, and I will email those shortly. From now on I will be
forwarding those requests to other members of the collective, and I have
replied to people to message other folks as well.
