hey pals

I got a text from Wendy (the lady who runs the saturday community meetings
at the space) letting me know that she found a huge dead rat by the sink
today and a ton of new fresh rat shit. And I think we've all noticed the
recent increase in stench, especially in the back / staff only part of the
space...

Can we get Shiner in again to clean? and can we maybe see if he's into
filling in some of those rat holes with like cement and steel wool or
whatever (that's what the pest control guy suggested when he checked out
the place).
Also, Lindsay, is the work in the back done? because I feel like maybe the
area under the existing porch is probably an entrance zone, do you know if
the contractor has any plans to maybe rip it up and fill in that area?

TBH I won't be around a lot until mid december, so I don't wana be too
naggy about shit but it's pretty fucked right now in there now that the
weather is cooling off they're probably gona start coming in more, and it'd
be great to get some of those zones dealt with asap. Also I think we're
doing pretty ok financially (i.e. have more money than rent cost) right now
so it's a great time to invest in fixing things up a bit.

My proposal is that if Shiner's down to do a huge clean and ideally if he's
also down to fix those rat holes properly, we should just pay him to do so.
Cause I don't wana do it but i'd sure love to see it get done! hah.
