[Blacklabcollective] Next collective member..

hey everyone, I know we aren't at this step yet, but I wanted to know if we
could make it a mandate that the next person we add to the collective be a
POC if possible.. It feels like topics around race and racism is getting
worse (I've been experiencing more and more), to the point where I'm not
super into going to shows right now even... It would be great to have
someone else on the collective that could replace the role raf played..

Just a request! No problem if people aren't into it.
