I'm not sure if I can make the meeting on Tuesday for sure yet, i'll know
soon.

Here is the Non-Profit/Business Licensing/Grant stuff I found so far:

If the collective can answer these questions at the meeting to give me
direction, that would be great!

1. Is having a business license/being legal as a VENUE a priority? Would it
suffice to be a business as a drop-in centre/zine library instead?
2. When should we have our AGM? It would be ideal to have it at the same
time every year.
3. Are we interested in pursuing charitable status?
4. Are we interested in pursuing grants? If so, are we ok with having paid
staff for specific projects?
5. Does anyone have specific grant ideas in mind that might fit any of the
Ideas I put in the document?
6. Is anyone interested in writing grant applications? Or co-writing them?
