Oh sorry, all that info is further down on the thread. Id be happy to bottom line the show, Vanessa would promote it (the part I don't like anyways). We gave iskra & storm of sedition a $400 guarantee for their ferry last year, long knife is flying to Japan so their costs are even higher. Oct. 27. Trying to figure out if we can find a heavier drawing opener but bishops green, vacant state, konform are all unavailable. Might ask mass grave. I think long knife is a pretty good drawing band? If people are no longer comfortable with the idea of a guarantee, it probably isn't too late for her to move it to a bar, but I still think we could do pretty well on it, even with a guarantee.

>> Hey does anyone have thoughts about this? Vanessa would like to do it at Black Lab. The other bands lined up now are Laste Kaste & one of Mick's bands. Do you guys agree that Long Knife would probably have enough draw to give them a guarantee of $300-$350?

The lineup isn't confirmed yet, but they have a pretty strong draw and Vanessa is mostly nervous about being able to pay bands well. Even if we made a guarantee of $300 or $350 (which is how much she wants to pay them, and less than we promised iskra that time), i think we would still take quite a bit from the door and it would be a show that the black lab would likely make a solid chunk of change on.

Everyone knows who long knife is, right? here's their bandcamp just in case. nicest hardest working people poison idea worship from portland, heading out on a japan/australia tour at about 4am the night of the gig. https://longknife.bandcamp.com/
