[Blacklabcollective] Good news!

Aaaaaand it's off again. Apparently when they turned it back on, they
noticed a new leak. Anyways, hopefully they'll be able to get to the bottom
of the water issues that started last summer (as I'm sure those of you
who've been around since the beginning remember), and we won't really have
to think about what is going on under the building ever again. They've also
secured the posts of the back porch that were rotten away with concrete,
and as soon as the water is sorted out they'll finish securing the posts
and replacing the deck. Hopefully they'll be done this week, seems like
they've been going hard and putting in long days. I'll keep everyone in the
loop anyways.

All frustrating, but also they're working their ass off, which is
appreciated.
