Okay sounds good Anju, we will bring up these topics at the meeting.
Ultimately, in my opinion, I think we should seek out a new collective
member and that asking Annie or someone else you suggested above is a great
idea. I don't think we need to put any extra responsibility on specific
members, I think we can discuss as a team, but that having a diverse team
to discuss with is a good way to move forward.
As far as I'm aware, and without trying to assume how anyone identifies, I
believe our collective is made up of queer folks and POC to a greater ratio
than cis-white folks at this time. I myself, while definitely white and
recognizing that privilege, also identify as queer.
