hey ya'll,

maggie messaged me about a june show. i think it would be a good one, and
we still have space we need to fill for june, yah? anyways, her headliner
was THICK SKULL, a new band from Victoria fronted by Kay Gallivan (who i
think some of you know? and is super lovely), touring with ALTERED DEAD,
another island band. My concerns were that we wouldn't necessarily be able
to make up their ferry costs since they're new bands that noone really
knows, but they made clear that they're more interested in just getting a
Vancouver show under their belts. Plus they're gunna share the ferry cost
already.

other bands were SCUM HUMAN, GREASE THIEVES (new band with flagpolers
members).

There are two touring bands, which kind of sucks, but maybe we can really
push for $10 at the door or something.

Any interest in this from the rest of the collective?
